How you got started riding: With my Dad’s BMX background things took a drastic change and I got the entire racing experience on my 8th birthday and haven’t looked back since.

Typical ride: Nothing too gnar, just a good pedal around town or some local trails with friends.

Riding goal: I’d like to be back on my bike for more than 4 times a week.

Favorite food: Gumbo, growing up Cajun has had its blessings!

Favorite book: Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach

Favorite movie: Donnie Darko. I mean c’mon, between the soundtrack and the themes it’s just perfect.

Extra Tidbits: I’m originally from Louisiana, and have lived in Iowa City for about 15 years off and on. Big time animal lover, with 3 dogs and a cat. I can’t help having some fuzzy companions around.
