Store Policies
Returns on in stock product:
30 days with receipt. Full refund will be issued if the product is in its original, unopened packaging and must be unused. We will honor returns outside of these terms if the manufacturer offers a “Performance Guarantee”. Payments will be returned in the same form as original purchase. If no receipt is present, store credit will be issued for the lowest price in the last 30 days. NO REFUNDS on items that are on closeout.
Bicycle Returns:
We do everything possible to get you on the correct bike the first time, but just in case we don’t, all new bikes come with our fit and performance guarantee. Provided the bike comes back in the same condition it left in, we’ll be happy to exchange the bike for something else or refund your money. Excessively worn, damaged or dirty bikes may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
-5 day guarantee on current model year bikes.
–3 day guarantee on closeout bikes.
Special orders:
50% down payment required. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on special order items once the item has shipped.
Lay-Away:
Down payment of 25% is required. Item must be paid in full in 90 days. 25% re-stocking fee if lay-away cancelled after 30 days. Product will remain in World of Bikes possession until it is paid in full. Lay-aways left beyond 100 days (90 days + 10 day grace period) will forfeit any payments made and items will be put back in stock.
Test Rides:
A valid, government issued, ID is required for ANY test ride. A credit card or other form of collateral may be asked for in addition to this. Customer is responsible for any damage during a test ride.
